Activity Sites Galore!

There are so many good sites out there that will keep your children entertained for hours.

Whether it’s online games, interactive books or just fun stuff for kids to look at and move around on the screen, your choices are nearly endless.

I’m going to attempt to share a few of those sites with you today.

Now, most big corporations that gear advertising to the younger set have sites with cool graphics and games.

For example, Sesame Street and Ben and Jerrys.

There are lots of others. Here are a few to get you started:

Berenstain Bears - Here you can dress the bears, play games, read books and lots more.
Funology - the science of having fun
Bananaboo - puzzles, crafts, jokes and more.
Jan Brett’s free activity page. (I love her art work.)
Seussville University If you're a Dr. Seuss fan, this page is for you.

Have fun checking out all these very coolsites.

See you back here on Monday with another great book that goes beyond reading.

Any activity sites for dogs? Rascal is very bored today because it's too crummy outside to walk her. She's tired of chewing on her bones and doesn't know what to do with herself.

I'm sure there has to be at least ONE. I hope Rascal finds something to keep her her happy and out of trouble.
